wow, they are lovely , I really like the semi-white and grey pearls? one , I too love jewelery in silver-semiprecious stones, attempted making a few with jade, turquoise but ran out of patience , but generally like sourcing them in crafts jewelery/crafts stores when I travel

^ Thanks, Mentha! I do similar things- when I travel, I like to buy a piece of jewelry from wherever I've been. My mom will pick me up something too when she travels. My parents buy a painting or print from every location they've went to. I don't take yearly vacations, but when I do start it and get to go fab places, I want to copy their tradition.

My photo skills stink w/ actually taking of pics and lighting, but the pearls are white and mauve in the first pic and the second pic, white and pastel pink. The pink and white necklace in the second photo is actually part of my Mom's Christmas present.

I tend to buy jewelry when I travel, too! In some places more than others....sometimes it's ceramics, some times it's textiles, sometimes it's jewelry....

^ That is true. I've picked up other items too, but I always buy some piece of jewelry too. That is really my thing even more so than bags! It's also more expensive than bags too, b/c I buy bags always on sale!

Elizat , I love pearls , they are so classic but just a single strand seems a little too old/dated to me so I really love pieces which combine different colors

I have traveled a lot in the past few years as we have a lot of opportunities/allowances to do so from the workplace and I too pick up different local specialties which catch my eye from ceramics , jewelry to locally made bags
lot of these items though moderately priced will be unique as they are small-scale productions

yeah , most of my bags are bought with some reduction, I guess its just my mindset right now , also I am not too much into trends so if I like something I will buy it even if its on an end of season discount
