If you had a bag that was awful and needed to be sacrificed as an affront to the handbag gods....but I can't believe baghag would have a bag like that.

You'd be surprised! I've gotten really, really good at taking "bad bags" back right away as soon as they annoy me. Hell, I'm even getting good at re-attaching the plastic string-thing that holds the price tags on the bags.

lionlaw, I'm sorry to hear about your Chiara ~ I do believe that Ignacio will expedite your order to resolve this matter swiftly.

I don't believe the issue with dp5118 stems from Ignes. This struck me as being a FedEx matter. dp5118 will find out tomorrow for sure.
