I'm sorry you have to wait for your new bags ladies. I hope that they are expedited for you. It's tough to be a Guinea Pig, but these are the types of issues that will help Ignes to become a better company in the long term. Sadly, I'm sure some heads rolled in Uruguay this week!

Just bad bag karma this week. One of my bags broke, and I am exchanging it...used it four whole times before the flaw really showed. Seems just my specimen, not a design flaw. Blah!

. It was shipped without my office suite number, made it into San Francisco and whoosh gone!! II have had to file a claim with the USPS. A rep called me today for details, said they would call back later today when they found it and no call back ...whoosh! It is bag!!

Now, they are charging customs on dp5118? I feel so sorry for Ignacio. His staff while he was away totally screwed up a lot of orders. You can't get good help.
