LOL Duranie, TC is not for a brown hater.

The Black isn't as soft as the tinted leathers. It's thicker (but not super thick), it feels more pillow-y as opposed to stretchy & pinchable like the tinted. It's is completely unstructured and smooshy.

I'd say hold out for a leather you really want. It's a lot of money and you shouldn't have to settle. Will you be happy w black?

On another note, are you sure you want to go w suede? I love Ignes suede, but since you want this to be a long term workhorse type bag, I'm not sure if I'd choose suede. Just my unsolicited opinion

I wanted a thin leather like the tinteds.... I told her I'd wait for her to view the whiskey. That is just the color I am always attracted to so I hope it works out.

Maybe if it is a bad choice I'll do tinted blue, screw DH..he is not paying for it. LOL

I do need it before Thanksgiving, prob visiting my mother in law in Port St Lucie.

I have a pouch in Tinted Blue. It's a really dark navy. In anything but bright natural light it looks black! That might be a plus though for your husband!

I am still waiting to hear back on the whiskey... I also grabbed her for a mini Gabby BEFORE the sale ended..just deciding on the color. If the whiskey is good- taking that.
