I remembered correctly, then, phew! bummer, though, that we don't have it yet.

So, my mind is a bit fractured. BE sale being scheduled for next week, and wine glossy pebbled leather just announced, then the wine colors over here = aaaah!

So, elizat, are you going to order the gorgeous Bordeaux mini-Ormala?

No Cute, what are you doing for this sale? Having your DH get you the Sofia/Cecilia?? in purple?

^ I just emailed. I told him to go w/ either raspberry or bordeaux, the main concern being durability and wearing well, plus that I prefer a thicker leather. I'm going to go w/ what he recommends. I asked for lilac fabric or if out of stock, camel with gold hardware.

I listed 3 bags on ebay w/ super low start points b/c I want them to sell, so if they go, that is approx. half of the bag, maybe a bit more, so I don't feel guilty for the dryer and a bag. I don't know why, but I always feel guilty about spending money at times.

Good for you for selling the bags, elizat.

Euridice, I'm thinking Millie or baby Millie (ginormous heating bills detroyed the Cecelia option). But I will have to see what dh thinks of styles, if he even decides to do anything. He seems not to realize what a tease this is

I know! I just got my gas and electric bill! I turned down my heat a couple notches, and I didn't get a sudden lowering of my bill for some reason, hee. It went up $90! When I go out of town I turn down the heat. Very irritating when there are important sales this month!

Here is more on the comparison b/t raspberry and bordeaux from Ignacio:

Regarding the choice between the bordeaux double-tone leather and the raspberry, it’s actually a bit hard for me to recommend one as they are both quite thick and sturdy. The differences between them, apart from the color of course, are that the bordeaux, while quite thick, is less structured, and also that the surface is pebbled. The bordeaux is similar to the black and bronze leather, which was also quite thick, yet not too structured.

Sorry about your utility bills, ladies. Mine is the lowest this time of the year for the most part- from Nov. to Feb. it is the cheapest. Last month it was $70 but in the summer it can be around $150 unless I turn the a/c up into the 80's during the day to keep costs down.

^ lol. I won't tempt you. I see that there is a BE sale coming up, too, uggghh. I hope the prices are bad, lol. I would love a SMM so I want the prices to be awful or bad color selections. I hope BE does a spring sample sale like they've done in the past too, if I recall right.

citychris, thanks so much for posting this thread! I so appreciate it...I was having a bit of a freak-out on the exact shade of my forthcoming tinted wine bag but no more.

Phew!!!

And I love the raspberry, too...

PS: And I am also hoping that the BE colors on sale stink, hee hee...

the tinted leathers are cushiony and gorgeous! Well, that's based on pics of the wine, but chocolate in real life. It's my security blanket handbag....
