My first order of after-holiday lights arrived today; blue neon led long strand icicle lights. I'm waiting for the 2nd phase to arrive; purple neon led fat-bulb strands from which the blue icicles will hang.

Anyone put their tree up the day after Thanksgiving?! I'm so excited to see everyone's trees. We have a fake one; still not brave enough to go through the process of getting a real one :) This is our third Christmas in our house, and I'm thinking of doing lit garland on the staircase banisters.. Happy Holiday Season everyone!

We don'T have our tree yet but will likely buy it during the first 2 weeks of December. Most Germans don't put their Christmas Trees up very early - some not even until Christmas Eve (tradition). The trees stay up until the 6th of January, though.

I love seeing everyone's trees each year.

My tree can never go up before my birthday has passed.
