Thanks BJ Spring. Its the classic Hermes scarf as a top: fold 90 cm scarf in half in a triangle; tie wide base around your waist loosely. slide regate ring over two tips of the triangle top; separate the tips and tie around neck. Readjust waist knot if necessary. HTH

Dear 880, thanks for the prompt reply. Sorry for my unclear descriptions. I was interested in your first photo which you used the regate ring to wear the scarf as some kind of wrap. Of course your top knot is quite chic as well and thanks a lot for the instructions.

Missed Regate day yesterday but hopefully it's not too late for a little contribution. Can't catch up with the old thread (can't believe it has become to big AGAIN!!!) During school holidays life becomes far too busy sometimes

But still, a belated happy Regate Day everyone!

Scarf Addict, fabulous knots and great demonstration. You are always so creative!!

DiamondS, gorgeous peachy Regate, so pretty for summer. Btw, I really enjoyed your amazing Christmas Theme Day pics, they were truly outstanding

hermeschicuk, just beautiful!!!

Thank you all!

MaiTai: thank you so much for your kind words! What a contribution you made for the theme day!!! I love ALL your pictures, though my favorites are your magnificent ensemble with your Madras a Zakynthos and your cool orange Chasse en Inde scarf! I agree that summer holidays can be overly busy- maybe it's because we prefer to spend time outdoors instead of browsing the internet indoors! I will probably understand it even better once I hopefully get children myself. All the best with your remaining holidays!

BJSpring the scarf in the first photo is my 70cm The Parade (it's from the H mens scarves really) - glad you like.

Hermeschicuk the plisse is Dancing Pearls the contrast hem is fab on it - you can still get them I think, I only got mine in January from Bond St, but Royal Exchange had one too.

Ah the rain - now it's you wouldn't believe it!!

I am going to Amsterdam tomorrow so I will miss SOTD hope you have a great pochette day everyone!

I got back home yesterday from my vacation. Just in time for pochette day tomorrow!

I love the pochettes, especially now that it's summer, and can't wait to see your pics tomorrow for more inspiration on how to wear them! I got a new one during my trip and will wear it tomorrow.

Apologies, I first thought you meant the knot in the top pic, then was like, no she said top knot

Triangle your 90 in half; arrange as if it is a shawl around your neck (ends hanging down in front); grasp material halfway up the two sides and wiggle that into the ring). As I think Scaethoven has put it, stop when you decide you like it). HTH

Maitai love the pics!
