Happy American Theme Day!
It was too hot here to wear a scarf but I have donned my CenC Pointu for a quick photo - it's what I would have worn if it were cooler. Like several others the nearest I got to an American theme on my scarf is the scary indian in Pani La Shar Pawnee - he really freaks me out!

I wore my "La danse des Indiens" cashmere GM shawl by Kermit Oliver today...

And wow! So many beautiful contributions for the theme day ladies! Rose I have to say that your scarf is absolutely stunning- I've never seen this one before! Lovely looks MaiTai, Scaethoven and A-T-G! Love the cw of your CenC Scarf Addict!

Happy American Day with Fireworks (Pluie D'Etincelles) in a Cowboy knot as promised!

Can't compare with the Liberty Scarf, but well I am not american so I guess it is OK.
Everyone looks great and I hope for all American Members that you will see many lovely fireworks tomorrow on you National Day!!!

I haven’t got any scarf with an American theme, so the cowboy knot is the best I can come up with. The scarf is Hermès-Sellier. Cowboys need saddles so it make sense for today’s theme!

It is very interesting and enjoyable to see all different scarves posted here today, knotted in so many different ways and used in a daily setting.

It's already Saturday here, but here's my tiny contribution:

So, the scarf itself isn't even remotely American (the year of the ox), but I'm wearing it in a cowboy knot and it was purchased in NYC (yes I know I'm trying really hard here to make it fit the theme

).
