Thanks Shopmom & MaggieD! Shopmom: Axis Mundi is definitely one of my favorite designs, and I am always tempted by the black and the blue, but don't think they would look good on me . . .

MaggieD: I also love Musique des Spheres! Congratulations on your aquiring the Mozart special edition. I was inspired to try to tie my scarf this way by a picture Rose posted earlier--I had never tried to use my scarf ring like this until I saw her fabulous picture

^^^ Well, HG, you did have to really love the scarf to buy it because it cost a bit more than the regular carre for some unexplained reason. Since special issues in the US cost the same as the regular issue scarves, I don't know why Hermes charged more for this one. I have the original receipt so I know for a fact that the boutique did indeed charge more, and others have confirmed that as well for me. But, I love the color blue, I love the Musique des Spheres design, and love Mozart, so I just bit the bullet and bought it and have no regrets about doing so. (And I will confess to having paid more for other scarves . . . )
