HORSE DAY it is!!! ![]() I have chosen two scarves for the occasion, 'Courbettes et Cabrioles' and 'La Presentation de Chevaux'. These scarves were given to my mother and me more than 23 years ago, on the same occasion. I thought it would be fun to bring them together again today. The yellow scarf (Presentation) is my mother's, the blue one (Courbettes) is mine. More pics on "H it Up" or click on the link in my signature. |

umamanikam THX for the information - it is just great.
DiamondS. crochetbella Thank you! irishlass1029 Thx for sharing "just" the Twilly because it is just lovely like your dogs. MaiTai
![]() And I see I was right - what wonderful ideas you came up with. And yet with a 90 - which I didn't manage to find a way with. --- Thanks for choosing 'Horse' Day for the Friday Theme. 2 wonderful Scarfs with two stunning Outfits. Which one did you choose finally for today? It was fun searching for horses in my scarfs, as I don't own a Horse-themed Scarf. I chose VIF Argent for the neck and Attrape tes Reves as a belt knotted in the back. It took a little bit to fold the Scarfs that way so you just can see the horses pop out, but finally it worked. Happy „Horse Day“ everybody
![]() - I was so looking forward to this theme and playing around with it a bit,... but now I didn´t even manage to take proper pictures. I only dug up some old ones from about two and a half years ago. Best proof, that this kind of hermès-style is my favorite one. ![]() The scarf is Brides de Gala and the rest is just a cashmere vest, a couple of beige pants and the already well known brown boots with my great bb. MaiTai – DH usually prefers dark hair - but I bet he´d play the horse for you anytime (not ment to be vulgar!)Rose - love the scarf and the "russian style" dress ![]() Van - gotta, go check out your pic, but I already know it´s looking great. ![]() Sorry, but gotta run - wishing all of you a great weekend! |

I am so lazy, 99% of my scarves are horsey (and if you count zebras well it is 99.9%) but I was busy today and didn't get around to it, but ladies you all take my breath away. Just gorgeous!

Thud, love the pics, Umamanikam, irishlass, maitai, rose, hairmess - and Brennamom, suzie I want to see pics too - please post when you have time :) Here are two for horse day: 1) my new GM cirque molier and beautiful B& O-ed black box riding boots (thanks to docride). Note: I normally do not wear mini skirts, but cannot fit pants into the slim boots & my poor shoe repair man has stretched them for weeks :)
DSC00963.jpg 2) my second H scarf purchase bought I think in 1986: to me it looks a bit like ex libris, "les voitures a transformation," as a top (inspired by Umamanikam's top but mine is with one of those ropy satin necklaces you can get at a jeweler for $12 dollars) |

irishlass - as a fan of the twillies it's always nice to see them being worn :) I love yours with that outfit!
MaiTai - great to see the new "ring" in action. I like it! MaiTai, Rose, hair-mess and 880 - Fabulous interpretations of the horse theme! I'm spending the day at home, mostly by myself, but wanted to participate nevertheless, so I'm wearing my brown Eperon d'Or twilly around my ponytail :) |

Diva, foulard_addict, coleigh, Van, Rose, hair-mess, Suzie, 880, suedoc and LinaFIN~ thank you all
![]() Rose, the Paddock is a beautiful choice and your Russian theme outfit just gorgeous! The Friday themes are such fun, thank you for the great idea. Van what a super double Rybaltchenko outfit! The Attrape tes Rêves looks fantastic as a belt. I chose neither outfit as I didn't go riding today and considered #2 as too dressy for today's mundane tasks.. hair-mess, love the equestrian touch ~ great look!! 880, your Cirque Molier is so stunning and your smile is infectious. Fab! Suzie and LinaFIN, it's great that you take part in your heart
