Do they make Yellow Lindy this season? Oh... BE is a nice pop color too.
But I think I can match Orange with almost anything:)
Orange is great. Soleil is out for now but I expect they will do a Moutarde Lindy and that would be fabulous!

I am usually pretty good at picking my colours but the Lindy has me stumped. On one hand I agree with the "pop of colour" crew, and I love to see the orange etc Lindys on here. Plus I have been imagining how cool the moutarde would be, especially for summer. On the other hand I can't help thinking that the Lindy is not a simple design. It's not a plain bag and it's also very different from other bags. Isn't that enough already? Maybe it would be better in a neutral and I should save the "pop" colour for a more simple style, KWIM? I am very much a neutral girl so it's no surprise I am having this dilemma.

To add to my dilemma I have always LOVED the look of the gold Lindy. It just suits the shape (to my eye), is enhanced by the white stitching and is a great neutral. Problem being that my workhorse bag is a gold birkin and I don't want 2 gold bags. My latest thinking is bleu abysse, indigo, graphite or etoupe. But part of me is saying "You are so boring!"

Ita with you:) perhaps you need both, and I suggest orange and graphite
I saw a pic of a lady carried a gold swift lindy 30 somewhere on the Asian thread, and a pic of a tpf carried an etoupe swift lindy 30, they just looks simply beautiful.

And here is a pic of May with her black lindy...

Thanks, Mai. You are not helping! LOL. I keep looking at your lovely graphite. And that pic of the black reminds me that the Lindy is the perfect black bag. I think that I wear too much black to have a black bag, which is why I never got a black birkin. But if I could have one black bag it would be the matte croc Lindy. I love, love, love the croc Lindy & I've never wanted croc in anything else. Of course, the croc is unfortunately out of my budget - black or otherwise.

If you think of graphite Lindy, use SCMM's lindy picture for reference. She captured the true color, which is I couldn't. You get two bags for the price of one. Because Graphite looks grey in day time and looks black in evening:)

Hi xquisite, I am sort of having a similar dilemma lol! I also think a gold lindy would be fab, but am reserving the gold for a make believe bolide I think the perfect neutral pop for lindy would be bleu electrique, but I am a huge fan of be. I already have be in a picotin so be lindy is out as I'm not good at selling/changing bags and feel an atachment to those bags that found me....

Not sure if anyone here is a fan of a White Lindy. After seeing a White Clemence Lindy and White Toile Lindy irl, it changes my mind that a Lindy don't always have to be a in a pop of color. It was fresh, crisp, perfect for daytime or even at night and summer.

The only downside is Clemence in full-White, imho, not really the best leather in the long term. It can still be maintained except I have seen how white clemence can turn grey and it's not pleasant-looking. The next alternative will be a Gris Perle Swift Lindy or White Swift Lindy. White Swift in Lindy so far, have yet to see any or even in production to begin with.
