And staying out of the sun would do Rachel Zoe some good.....although it may be too late. How old is she? She doesn't appear to be ageing too well, that could be because she's so slim as well

That is rapper/ actress Eve. And, she has never been a fan of the invention better known as the bra. I watched all 4 or 5 seasons of her TV show and she never wore them!! Before she started her acting career she was about 15 pounds heavier and "the girls" didn't sag. Probably a plus since she was an exotic dancer pre rap career.
