LOL, MrsS! There were more pictures of this a few pages back and others were wondering the same thing. I think it was Piaffe that was thinking MK must have bought this vintage or at least, looking that way. It does make for a more unique H image....

I do appreciate MK's lack of fear, especially with the more streamlined, polished H-toting celebrities out there.

I don't subscribe to the Mary Kate look myself, but I think a polished and cared for Kelly (a la most PF-ers standards for example) would look almost ridiculous on her. This girl's style is *very casual sloppy* and I guess you can't get more casual than an injured Kelly in need of a good polishing. I have to admire how Mary Kate is always true to her own style, not seeming to care what names she gets called in the press. For that alone I am her fan.

At least she uses it. Like another member said, a polished kelly wouldnt look right on her. Also i'm sure she isnt worried about the look/cost of the bag, her buying an H bag is like us sneezing... Not a big deal.

I love MK's look & bag.... Polished & uber-soignee can be fab for some BUT, IMHO it is truly overrated & doesn't work for all women & men.

I personally identify with more raggedy, artsy, interesting styles, (...not easy coming from a line of perfect polished, Diahann Carroll-y women.) I have an appreciation for 'classic' chic but it can be deadly BoRing & antiseptic esp. without some personal zing/dash or exceptional physical beauty to set it off.

Good for MK.

I pretty much agree with Gazoo re the Kelly and for this chick maintaining her unique look. Doesn't mean I have to like it or do it LOL!

BTW, why do I feel that when she bought the bag it looked like that or she paid someone to beat it up. I think she wanted it to have "thrift shop find" vibe.

^^ Well, it has bridles! She must be joining the horsey set on the North Shore of Long Island :) She looks natural and very pretty. They look like a cute couple! Very impressed at how she looks after twins a short while ago. Yeah, yeah, I know, personal trainer, diet guru....
