^^^I found you too! Great pics! I always wondered why you would wear another purse to an H party? (I hope I'm not the only one who thinks of these things!)

You're not the only one, I wondered too!!!

From what I heard (Source: Gossip Mags who asks socialites why they wearing what they are wearing...), some don't carry an H Bag to an H Event (or Chanel at the Chanel Event, Fendi at the Fendi Event....) because they're afraid that someone else will be carrying the same bag as them. Since it is an "H" party.....most of the H Bags will congregate there! I mean, yeah a Black Croc is STUNNING, and a head turner.....but 3 sightings at the same place? Perhaps it makes one feel less unique/special? (Although I seriously cannot fathom....) But boy did that Roccia/Natural Python print non-H Bag strike me from those pics!

Or, some wanted to wear H's RTW/apparel and their existing H Bags may not match it "perfectly"? E.g Long Fancy/Evening H Dress with JPG/HAC/Travel Birkin instead of say a glam Judith Leiber Clutch??
Lotsa people don't think wearing the same label from head to toe is tasteful, and make an effort to avoid that too I guess.....

You are so right! I never thought about it before but I would totally hate being matchy matchy or walking in to find someone with my bag! Thank you for explaining it to me!!
