That event was during Sarkozy`s visit to Qatar and he opened a Qatari-French school.. she's fluent in French

Ah, the Maktoums! They own a gorgeous horse farm in KY - we got a private tour once - pure serendipity. We had read in the Vineyard Gazette that a local artist had done a large number of hand-made weathervanes for all the horse barns on the farm. We were driving by there and stopped at the gate and asked if we could see them - my husband's parents had a custom-made one by the same artist. The farm manager came out and we got in his truck and saw the entire farm - the breeding barn was amazing. He told us that the house has a full-time live-in staff, and that the refrigerator must be stocked at all times and fresh flowers must be in each room, "just in case" one of the brothers decides to fly in on his private jet. At that time, he had not been there in 8 years!!! All the flowers and all the food are to be destroyed after 3 days. Such a waste... One of the brothers flew 20 people from KY to be his guest at the Dubai Gold Cup - first-class airfare, the same hotel our Angel stayed in. My daughter's closet friend and her husband got to go - they own a training farm where the sheik keeps some horses. Her friend said life will all be downhill after that amazing experience!!!!

That is a fabulous Lindy! I am sure it is a challenge for her to accessorise her traditional dress; she has impeccable taste.
