I totally agree.

But I love them nonetheless, just as I like Mid-Calf Booties that also tend to truncate the calves rather then lengthen the legs

Some shoes flatter our figure whilst others pose more of a challenge, but when done right, those are the sort of foot-wear that makes you stand out from all of the other elegant ladies also donning "normal" 90/100mm heels.
I may be way off base here, but if I have to hazard a guess, I think the last thing VB wants is to look..."normal".

I absolutely love mid-calf booties and ankle ones....I feel a slight claustrophobia coming when wearing knee-high boots,LOL

the nice thing is you look fabulous in all of those styles.... and we get to enjoy when you post action shots!
