About a year ago I stopped wearing gold anything--I much prefer the look of silver next to my skin. So I've let go of anything with gold: gold hardware, gold jewelry, gold colors in fabrics, etc.

The hardest part will be phasing out my H scarves, most of which contain gold in the colorways, because when I travel I just use carry-on bags, opting to wear black base pieces with a different H scarf every day. This has allowed me to travel light, yet always look stunning with my H scarves. I'd never check a bag with all that H anyway.

I'd love to get some suggestions from fellow H lovers for scarf patterns that do not contain gold, so I can start repopulating my collection. I mainly collect the 90s and I always choose bright colorways over pastels.

Nuees Imaginaires (sp?) in the black/white/grey color way - its still available on the US Hermes site I think.....I am not a H scarf buyer but admire them, absolutely love this pattern and have been tempted to "dip my toe" into scarf land.....

There are many scarves that go well with silver, but from recent release,not sure.... But I guess monotones will look great on silvers... eg. Bolduc au Carre, La Femme aux Semelles du Vent, Tohu Bohu, Brides Rebelles, etc.... But you can go with some of the more colourful ones as wel..
I personally think silver accessories are easier to match than gold.

Hi, I know what you mean. I wear H silver bracelets & no longer wear gold. I travel in the same way you do: black garments accented with different scarves.
Of older patterns, I suggest alliances du monde (silvery gray rings against bright or pastel background) and Faubourg au nuit. Newer patterns that could work are Quintessence (mine is silvery gray motifs against a light avocado background) and this past season, Le Ronde de jockeys in klein blue background with dappled gray horses. Scarves with cobalt or electric blue work well with silver in general. I also wear a lot of cool colors: blues, sage or silvery greens, some purples.

"marcelina" scarf in black/white/taupe colorway is a gorgeous neutral that would look stunning with silver.

Any of the sepia cws should work, and obviously anything with gray in it. Also, the more monochromatic designs (like Ex Libris). If you are talking about what's in the stores now, there are a few cws that are great with silver - Texas Wildlife in noir, the L'ivresse d'Infini cws (esp 07) Mots de soie, Esprit d'Ainou, really lots of scarves will work!

When I travel I wear neutral colors and punch up the outfits with my scarves too. I use both gold and silver jewlery with my scarves whether or not the scarf may have silver or gold in the colorway. I wear silver and gold together often and I think it looks fine.

Vif argent naturally but oddly enough i have had this issue i love gold more but for some reason I have more PHW bags.......but I have found that the colors on scarves that are light but rich in design work great that or the monochromes Hermes pegasus in white color way looks beautiful with my PHW CDCs or my chain de ancre by monochromes I mean dip dyes or like jungle love in all blue color way and I very much suggest that if you love a scarf that has little gold or that you simply like add a silver scarf ring or chain ring that silvers it up because the gold on silk looks more like yellow when and actual metal pice in silver is on it to contrast. I only wear platinum and I have found that a lot of H scarves go better with gold. That being said I still find a lot of scarves that go with my jewelry. Good luck and have fun shopping

I have the Chaîne d'Ancre in gold, which I no longer wear. I need to pick that up in silver.
