It is astounding. I love how it is silver all over and not broken up by the sealing wax (not sure what they call it) in a different color.

If I still had a locker, that is the picture of the dreamboat I would put up!

Asa: you're most welcomed! I'm still amazed at how you much you like my silver birkin, to tell you the truth! Anyhow, Franck the craftman at Liat saw this bag and told me not to wear it frequently because it's "fragile." That's his exact word, btw! He said H made it to be more like a statement piece, more for show than for actual use. And the fact that the whole bag is lined with extra leather (you're right, there's no sealing wax) makes the bag seriously HEAVY!

BUT...Having said that, I still don't care about how heavy, or how impractical the bag is. Hey, it's silver for gawd sake! :)))

Stunning bag..... as with all metallics, you just have to be careful about the scratches as the shiny layer of silver on the chevre forms a thin layer on the surface only.,,, thats what my SA told me when I was offered a silver chevre constance. I didnt take it in the end.... sigh
