Default Leather care product for Crocs

I found this exotic leather care product made of 100% beeswax from Pinnacle Supplies. I remember our H leather craftsman mentioning beeswax to condition and restore shine on croc leather. I think it is a good and natural alternative to use on croc items especially watch straps or bracelets since the leathergood comes in contact with one's wrist and skin. You don't want to apply harmful chemicals that your body might absorb upon continued wear of the croc item. Check it out in the link below.

No.7 Xtra Fine Beeswax from Pinnacle Supplies:

Thanks mrssparkles for sharing about Reptan.

I think at some point, one needs to apply some leather care product designed for exotics like crocodile to moisturize and condition the leather and prevent it from drying out and cracking. The shiny or "aniline" ones seem to be more susceptible than the matte ones. But in any case, both need to be conditioned to restore the natural emolients on the scales and membranes that hold the leather together.

Please refer to the following page: http://www.valmour.fr/cleaning-leath...oe-polishes-71

So can one actually use the lotion as it indicates it's for reptile too?

For other leather such as togo, box, chevre and cerf (deer skin) should one use the normal Renovateur or the Renovateur Nappa?

Yes, HC. I have used Reptan on all my croc. And I have seen my craftsman use it to restore the shine on shiny croc Kellys and Birkins.

Can you tell us what you do with reptan, do you apply it in small amounts and use a soft cloth and rub in circles?
