I just burnt my birkin fund on a triple excellent solitaire... in fact, more than a birkin.....

the only comfort is my daughters will have something as heirlooms ....

Start my birkin fund from zero again......

I'd managed to save up for the first birkin, but I got a letter in the mail that I'd forgotten all about: grad school tuition is due. This going back to school at 28 is really cramping my purse style. lol Guess I'll be starting the birkin fund from scratch. AGAIN! :)

Thanks! I agree. I'm getting my masters and Ph.d in English to be a professor, so I plan a career in education. Hopefully, when it's all said and done, I will have my degrees and my Birkin.

lovely, you are so right about education!

sunfire, i am going back to grad school too! and i am older than you! and yes, it is cramping my style as well! what would i do with H and louboutins? and most of all, my money tree will not grow as tall!! but, when there is a will, there is a way!! i am with you on becoming a birkin toting prof

bagalogist, my mom passed me some blings not birkins... she is one of those practical old fashioned women, unfortunately (or, fortunately!)

you guys are so lucky, lovely kids and husbands, and birkins too! and blings too! and careers!
