That's my math, yes I'll probably stay for two nights during the Midsummer weekend, have no other plans (no summer cottage to go to) and what would be better than to visit H? Didn't I just do that a week ago?

The line between supporting and enabling is soooooo thin, oh crap

My math too LOL, we do it with the best of intentions though! I think you have a great plan, go during midsummers weekend.....I don´t have a cottage either but I suspect I will get an invite from my boring brother,LOL...shouldn´t complain..at least I have a bro that will invite me

ps. it would be a little mini, well deserved trip during midsummer for you, no?

Just wanted to say a quick howdy to all. I'm soooo ridiculously behind on this thread it's not even funny. Must say there's a whole lotta of my kind of "supporting" and "saving" going on out there. World travel in search of new plisses (look forward to the reveals MsReya), new Gucci items (ChanelCamelia did you post pics on the Gucci thread so we can see?).

Hmmm, defintely need to get caught up tomorrow so I can share my little "detour" from saving for what's on my wishlist.

Nighty night.

Morning/Evening All!!

Been dreaming about a Prune Evelyne GM3. Read about toniec's issues w/ the strap and decided I needed to wait until all was sorted. $3k USD is just too much to spend on a product that doesn't work properly. So while I am waiting I spot a little number that I'd seen before and not been all that crazy about. But WHAM!! this time it called out to me. Was able to get her at a good price so while my Evelyne savings has a big dent in it, I'm still pretty happy. So without further ado, I present my new to me Sac Good News.

Okay now that I am more caught up, I see I have a little business to attend to:

WELCOME!! to magikalzest and couturequeen. Hope your Birkin dreams come true soon!

Ninalovesherbag - I can't imagine that H isn't going to bring back the Herbag in black. I would wait and check w/ the boutique in another month or so and see what's up or give another boutique a call.

ShopGirl647 - ITA with everything that's already been said. The ins and outs of the whole relationship with the SA thing is abit of a drama unto itself. Hopefully you'll come across an SA that will work with you and that you will enjoy working with.

the_kelly_1day - Congrats on the bolide! Can hardly wait for your reveal!! Hoping that Evelyne makes is way to you soon.

Sophia1025 - Welcome!! Sounds like you have quite a nice list there. H is like a slippery slope. Enjoy and looking forward to those reveals!

Kat and MsReya - You guys had me ROFLMAO. And congrats Kat on the Chartreuse Birkin! Man, that's going to be a beauty!!

880 - (((waves))) As always, I enjoy reading your posts. Having read your note about SA's not getting commission from Birkins but getting commission from SLGs totally explains why my SA is ALWAYS happy to hear from me.

calicocat - (((waves))) Lonnngggg story. Heading west instead of east. Will PM you.

Thanks, Kat! Felt a little guilty about the wait but my husband was starting to give me the evil eye.

valencia Gongrats on your lovely new bag! I have an Evelyne with the older strap and I find it useful. I tried an Evelyne with the new strap and it just feels so bulky and not that comfortable. I suppose it´s just a personal preference but I hope they´ll figure out what to do with the strap.
