LOL, irishlass, you're so funny!

Kat/lovely64, any of those would really work, since they're all great neutrals. I like raisin b/c it's dark enough to work with a lot of colors, yet has that little edge of color.

Kat, I love it when kids surprise you
with something funny - they can totally
crack you up. :)

and, I'd go with Raisin or Blue Jean
for the reasons that BlueGenes explained. :)

hi all, back after being sick.
now I have to catch up on everything.

I managed to sign on for RAOK Hermes - yeah!

Take care of yourselves and get to the doctor at the first sign of not feeling well.
I'm glad I did.
treated for walking pneumonia-bronchitis-respiratory something - antibiotics, inhale medicine, and cough medicine.

Talk soon , back soon.

OK i've had enough now, i've been patient. I haven't bought a bag since January and that was a Chloe in the NAP sale (i love it by the way), however i have been wanting and lusting after an H bag for best part of this year. Well truth be told i've always wanted a Birkin, but i don't anymore (i know i'll never afford one) however since i found out there are H bags that are attainable and more to the point one that will actually be practical for my lifestyle i have wanted one. I've tried to control it and keep telling myself that i will have one. I've dipped my toe into the world of H with a Twilly and a couple of gavroches. But now i must stop and concentrate on my bag. The trouble is though that i'm going to the London meet on 1st Nov and i must not buy any scarves. I would however love some perfume, so i might have to get some. I'm really really hoping that i will have my bag either by the end of this year (unlikely) but definitely before the next price increase, i hope. Thanks for reading.

Keep focused littleblackbag and I am sure you will get to your goal. Maybe have a separate bank account for your bag might be an idea and then you can watch it grow.

DH and i have a terramundi pot which is now nearly full, there should be a considerable amount in there, which we will half. I'm hoping that i'll be most of the way there then. But i'm so dying to have that orange box containing the dust bag and Evelyne. Thanks for your support Suzie

I'm still in school, and hoping to become a CA. After I have graduated, and have my job at a CA firm, I would love to buy a Birkin. I'm not really sure what colour would be best, or what type of leather. Perhaps you ladies have suggestions about what colours and leathers would be best in a business setting?

For now, I will keep studying and dreaming...

CHmyloves: togo probably

as for myself, I think I banned myself from Hermes without realizing. My dentist is near and I find myself going with every trip. But the last few times I've been there I haven't thought to drop by at all... I got an appointment tomorrow and hope I don't think of dropping by again haha

Oh, that's great! and the Evelyne's only a bit more than the Garden Party. This is exciting, littleblackbag! Sounds like you made your decision, now you just need to go out and execute it!

Ugh ! Gads!

my reveal is a non-reveal.
So I shall reveal the non-reveal item.

I love the horn jewelry items - and thought a pair of earrings might be nice to wear especially since I do not wear many necklaces in the colder months and there is a short-list of the horn items.

So I had the Hermes boutique show me the choices of earrings made from horn.
Well, they came in and I was all excited, and well, I thought they were too BIG! I do not wear super-big earrings, I had hoped they would be smaller.

hmmmmm, so now I gotta find something else to buy or else the ca$h just goes to my birkin fund! And isn't that what this thread is all about?!

Glad I am feeling better from my illess, thanks for your well wishes and I am thankful I have my health!! thanks for listening.

CH, check out the reference threads and have fun!
Good luck with school. :)

lbb, I'm sure you'll get your Evelyne
someday. Keep on saving. :)

gelbergirl, I'm certain that you'll find
something that you like. :)
