No they are not you actually have to scratch your originating zip code on the label. I had to do this to stay anonymous to my ROAK person last year....Love your avatar gga!

When I had GF last year, I terrorized her by asking her questions that were horribly misspelled and offering to send her wind chimes and precious moments figurines. I had her terrified until she finally realized it was me. BWAHAHAHAHA

Geez I was so pumped up about the RAOK that when I applied I forgot to add my email address...so I resent my application... How long does it take to hear back? It was at the begining of the week that I sent it.... Should I resend? I really want to take part this year :o)
