Okay, I need all you ladies who have seen lots of different colors side-by-side to answer a question for me. What do you see as the difference between Marron Fonce, Ebene and Cacoan? I've been looking at pictures in the Reference section color threads, and it's impossible to see much difference by looking at the photos. I have a Kelly in chevre de coromandel in Cocoan and I would describe it as a VERY dark chocolate with slightly purple/cordovan undertones, rather than grey ones.

Any ideas? No reason - just curiosity!

Marron Fonce: Rust
Cocoan: cocoa bean (reddish undertone in croc)
Ebene: dark almost blackish grey

Marron Fonce: medium brown w/ burgundy undertones
Cocoan: darkest brown w/ burgundy undertones
Ebene: darkest brown, neutral, no red.
