That would be nice. A photo tour guide of every H boutique or H resellers you manage to find in 24 hours! With the exchange rate, that means doing all your xmas shopping in one trip and there are bound to be pre-Thanksgiving sales too! Buy another suitcase to bring your H booty back to the UK.

I arrived back this morning. Not sure when annanas is due back. It's definitely colder here than in NY!

hi everyone the four of us (moi, lilpicotin, hermes nuttynut and kelly32) had a lovely time, first lunch and then a little wander around h and barney's i arrived in paris a few hours ago but my hotel room wasn't ready so i went out and did some damage in fauchon and lanvin just a pair of grey ballet flats, i would have preferred to buy them in england on sale but nowhere seems to have ordered the grey so i decided just to go for it. my body is very confused about what time it is so i might fall asleep any time now, trying to take in some caffeine so i can stay up until a fairly reasonable hour at least!

didn't buy any h in NY since it's actually more expensive than the UK right now, but i did stock up in american apparel, and got some random things like bose noise cancelling head phones (my friend thinks i'm insane for wanting $300 head phones but oh well ), a black/grey striped dkny cashmere sweater i'd walked past in selfridges a few weeks ago (lucky since otherwise i probably wouldn't have bothered going into dkny), an alexander wang navy/white striped low back tank, a very cool bra by vpl and a studded head band by jennifer behr and another one by some other designer i can't remember the name of. so i was fairly well behaved all things considered

Lanvin ballet flats are soooo comfortable especially with those long walks through airports. And bose noise cancelling headphones are a must on those noisy transatlantic flights. Barneys is lovely too! The shoe department is cramped but boy do they have lots of Louboutins! Sounds like you had a lovely time Annanas.

Ardneish: New York is calling....perhaps on your next year's resolution to visit this famous city.

I would soooooooooooo love to visit, years ago I had the offer of a six month job swop, New York employee to take my job in London and me hers in New York but well the thought of leaving the doggies for that long well I just could not do it!

However I could leave them now for a long weekend so I hope to maybe get over that side of the pond next year

So glad you all had a lovely time and I am green with envy that Annanas is in Paris, I so would have loved to been at the Artcurial auction, ho hum
I am definitely going to get there next May and I am taking my doggies with me

Any photo's of the meet up?????

Mooks: are there any H boutiques in New Jersey? I hope you had fun in Cape May.

PS Ardneish: I love that Churchill line. DH constantly reminds me of it. I think that's a hint.
