I saw Robbie in concert at Knebworth a few years ago, we were in the mosh pit (well, the very front area), one row from the stage. He's a good showman but I don't fancy him at all. Thanks, but no thanks!

I would love to come, but I don't know if I'll be available until a date is chosen since I have lots of classes going on right now! Can I possibly be put down as a maybe?

Incidentally, if anyone is interested in meeting up next weekend, I will be over in London for Halloween and will definitely stop off in H while I'm there! I'm completely tied up all day Saturday, but I should be free Sunday and Friday. :)

Haha, I take it you saw the live transmission of the gig! The girl he pulled onto stage and snogged was about four along from me. I did wonder at the time what he'd have done if he'd been turned down!

oh and yes, what a great suggestion for sammyjoe and others to make a winter meet - its great to get lots of input from everyone - if sammyjoe and others are making a meet then you can put me down as a maybe depending on the date - i would do my best to attend.

Funnily enough a few members like LittleH, Syma, HCUK as well as myself would like to get involved with organising a meet, I dont know how much time I will have but if I have time to help out I will indeed.

Thanks again for the suggestion. Regarding the meets, it was lovely to meet you and I think that it is wonderful that even though you dont have the number of posts ( you currently have around 190) required to attend you were welcomed with open arms!! I like H meets, because it is nice to talk Hermes, I hope you attend the next one.

I think if anyone wants to help out organising the next meet to just register their interest on this thread and we can then discuss dates suitable for TPfers that would like to attend.

I do think a pre Christmas H meet would be lovely, hopefully give us a chance to spend Christmas present money on ourselves!!

I'm absolutely useless at organising things, but I'm always grateful when other people arrange events, so I'd love to come along if a meet falls on a free weekend. I'm slowly working on my post count, and will have had 5 months by the end of November! Woohoo!

The way in which past London meets have been organised has always worked quite well. There will always be people that can't attend a meet for one reason or another. I myself haven't been able to attend at least 3 meets this year but I would never expect a meet to be rearranged so I could attend. It is my belief that it takes a lot of work and input from the organiser to organise a good meet which is why its just best that a date is suggested and then people know if they can make it or not. Sometimes there's a good turnout sometimes not. But hey there's always another meet around the corner.
