My vote's for 190. I'm a self-confessed Parking Princess and only eat where the food is good AND parking is easy (and no open walk between restaurant and car).

And it's conveniently near H Liat (if you walk through the Hilton).

My "ultra-exclusive" club is located in City Hall area, which means we need to drive over to Liat Towers if we want to pop in later on. So may not be a conducive venue. Perhaps when Kou comes to Singapore?

^If that's the case then marmalade pantry might not be workable. I think they close pretty early. 9pm or so, last time I checked. (That was a while ago though, and I do tend to eat only lunch there.)
