I'm still in for the 8/9 but will let Minnie pick a night that works better for her maybe closer in August. I am good for any nights except for Tuesdays.

I'm "around" 8/9 and 8/10 if you guys decide on one of those evenings but still haven't figured out if I can ditch my DH...so, don't use me as a way to pick a date...

OK, if I might throw another idea out here...
Would anyone object to my bringing my DH along, if we were to try for dinner on 8/9 or 8/10? This is purely hypothetical, as he knows nothing of this, and could easily flat out refuse...probably would, actually...but I do promise that he can hold his own in a discussion of H leathers and H culture in general.
Honest answers are really OK with me! The truth is, we are likely to be in the city for dinner one of those nights, anyway. He already is aware that I want to join tPFers for Sat. lunch in early Sept. (and seems OK with that but I don't want to push my luck).

Oh, i use that strategy all the time! "Would you like to go out with me and the girls? Oh, you'll be the only guy there but I'm sure you will have a great time....."

Usually works like a charm....his response is usually "Uh no, that's ok, I'll pass this time...."

But of course your dh can come...at his own peril

Actually...he IS a doctor!
The plot thickens: he has a commitment in the city on Fri. 8/10 (hopefully in the afternoon) so I may have some free time to myself in the city...maybe...and if we stay in the city for dinner, then maybe we could meet up...for dinner...or for drinks before...he knows nothing of this....

Believe it or not Thursday looms near..let me know if any of you lovely ladies are still up for dinner that night or possibly Friday. I love giving DH last minute notice, LOL!

If you guys are meeting somewhere, please PM me, maybe I/we can swing by for drinks beforehand? If I miss you guys, will hopefully see you in Sept. or another time...
