I find this just totally unacceptable...preying on people's vulnerability and lack of experience and knowlegde on a product...anyone can be a victim...so unfair that this person can get away with crowning himself as the GURU of Hermes bags and the (dishonest) trust he portrays can have unwanted consequences to others here at tpF and innocent newbies!

Are you a member of one of the Hermes related Yahoo groups? Probably from there.

"cleverly packaged inside a 'leather handled' "birkin" that is now being used as a handbag by some"..... Oh I smell trouble coming his way!...remember the jelly kellys and jelly birkins or is it too far off

maybe if he has such good feedback, he isnt the rogue seller some of you are implying he is. after reading this thread for the first time today, this is quite a court of public opinion you have going here. im not voting guilty yet. i think the book sounds interesting, and i dont believe for one second that any of you ARENT going to read it, especially after talking about it on here for days and days.
and, which is funny, i bet he loves this stuff, too.... after all, all publicity is good publicity!!!

By any chance are you the author of the book in question?

I would be the Author. So I find it highly unprobable that this other person is!

I have copied and pasted into a Word Document every single post on this forum that contains my name, user ID, and title of my book...not just this thread but all other threads in which you discuss me (going back quite some time). i intend to use it all, word-for-word, including your user ID's and locations, in my next book, which i have commited to my literary agent already. thanks! (feel free to continue; my next book will be longer than this first one.)
