GF and DQ I hope you can work out your issues and don't let yourself be intimidated by this bully!
C -that's right, and it's not only that he's being a pain to deal with (to put it nicely) he is lying, and has ripped me off now, twice. LOL, the other thing is, he told me to send the item back (at my considerable expense) then refused to sign for it when it was delivered, so therefore, it was returned to me! The Post Office had a trace on it, and apparently he just flat out refused to sign for it, because basically, he does not want to refund me my money. He really is a pig. I wouldn't recommend dealing with him, in case something goes wrong - you're screwed!

DQ and GF - I am sorry to hear about the problems that you are having with this guy. He has been discussed on some other forums before and I am afraid his reputation is not that great I am not saying that his items are not authentic but he might leave out some important info on the true condition...... His method of handling dispute is less than desirable and he might not be the most reasonable person to deal with All in all, this is one seller that shouldn't be recommended.

Jag - Good that you put him on the seller to avoid list

The reason is because he works as a team with 3-4 other resellers so you would never know if this "glowing" reference is a set up or not If you want a seller that won't go rabid on you, then he is probably not a good candidate......

GF & DQ, I hope you get your issues resolved with this seller. I don't think highly of ebay anymore and will never sell/buy from ebay again. I just don't have $ to throw around or time to waste with people like this seller.

Dear Grans Fonds:
It is creep like this that ruin reputable seller on ebay!!!

Just curious, how did you pay him?! If by paypal, you can ask the paypal account to stop payment and file the dispute I think within 30 days after you've received this item...

GF: Thanks so much for warning us about this creep. I see on the auction link that was posted by DQ that he is bonded. Can't the bond company help out in this situation? I read their guarantee and it sounds like they could be of some help. I hope everyone who has been scammed by this guy gets their just rewards!!
