Oh, one final thing. i have a great, kind, lovely client (since 1999) who is an attorney, she's on the NY, MA and Fl bars. she joined this group two years ago and found it to be full of backstabbers, and nasty people. she told me most here were either "dreamers or jealous" and she left the group after a month. clearly this group has a reputation for being Nasty!

then she went on to buy the scarf....clearly knowing their were "moth holes". did she ask for a refund after receiving it, or did she leave negative feedback? NO. then she writes this (a few posts back):
"i decided to keep it because i liked the color and wasn't sure i;d ever find it again. "

now, three years later she is complaining still (she bought this scarf in july of 2005).
this is hilarious!!!!!! NOW he's justmaking stuff up, delusional or has a severely impaired memory -- likely all three. I did NOT ask any question during the listing, and, the transaction was a year ago - not three! from my paypal history:
Jan. 20, 2007 Payment To michael ******* CompletedDetails -$230.49 USD $0.00 USD -$230.49 USD

mikey, i'll try to make this simple so you can follow along: first, i DID ask for a refund but changed my mind - not based on your rude response but because, as i said, i like the color (usually i see red or green poursuites, both of which i have), and as you said i didn't pay too much for it; second, i didn't leave you feedback because it was apparent that you're bitchy enough to leave me a retaliatory negative and i didn't want to ruin my 100% positive. i should have, though; and finally, as for the "still complaining" part, i wrote about it posts ago at the time it was happening -- YOU are the one who has dragged this discussion up out of the grave.

see, sweet pea???? note the date on the above - created at a time there was no reason to fudge the listing end time (should you be toying with the idea of suggesting that i'm less than truthful).

really, you should just stay away -- while i'm having great fun, you're only ingraining what we already know about you: that the truth is not in your posts -- whether intentionally or because you're irretrievably stupid i couldn't say, but it's not really relevant to the fact that (just like your listings) you write what you like whether it meshes with reality or not.

The guy has made his argument, it is out in the open, and he seems to agree with the reasons his client (the attorney) left this forum. There is no reason for him to come back. Ever. If he comes back, unfortunately for us, he must like it here.
I do think he is also using the screen name Rags ToRiches. He never denied it, only said "highly unprobable". (Inc. incorrect sp. ) R TR has been floating around. I don't know if it can be checked out.
