Silly me. Should have ordered a Birkin when I bought my Kelly end Sep at FSH. Hmm...do you think they have my records and therefore allow me to call them now to place an order?

BTW, how does placing an order works? They give you a form to complete on the combination you want and you actually recieve a piece of paper which tells you they confirmed your order? Please advise!!! Thanks

As far as I understand, no orders are allowed on the phone. If you succeed, please let us know. I have not been successful before, even been turned down in person, despite after buying a lot of items (bags and non-bags).

From what I know, there is no form for an order at FSH, you ask the SA if it's possible, and if the SA is nice enough and decides to take your order in, you tell them verbally, they write it down, and that's it. You do not get any paper or anything. Some people I think got an order number. Then you wait, they will contact you when the bag is ready.

can't speak for anyone else since this is from personal experience but my sister bought a kelly from fsh and was not gotten offered any birkins and we went back to the store the very next day and placed a special order (from a different SA) without spending a single cent at the store.. no previous sales history with the SA etc... and as it was raining, neither of us were carrying any H bags. so i don't think buying any other item definitively helps..

I agree with Pluiee - I managed to place an SO without buying anything. The thing is - I placed the SO with an SA I had worked with (and bought something from) two months prior. I don't know if she recognized me at all, so I didn't bank on that.

It often is so chaotic at FSH that they don't have time to look you up and down to see if you're wearing/carrying Hermes to determine if you're "worthy" of an order.

I think it also depends on how you ask - if you ask nicely, casually, the response might be more positive than if you strut in there and demand for one.
