What kind of retaliation? I hope no one is afraid of expressing their opinion for fear of being sued for libel or defamation. I know this has come up before, so I hope this helps to know that opinions are protected speech. There is simply no legal claim which can be filed against someone for merely expressing their beliefs and opinions. Moreover, even if they could maintain a case for defamation or libel, which they can't, truth is an absolute defense.

I know this isn't really going to ease everyone's concerns, and I completely understand! I just don't want anyone to feel vulnerable or as if they are being bullied!

In light of such concerns, I especially applaud everyone who is willing to com forward to warn about negative or bad experiences with sellers. We appreciate everything you are doing for us!

Plus, there's always a way to say things about a re-seller you are tepid about without being "in your face" if you know what I mean. A gentle way of warning if you've had a less than stellar experience with a seller that others have had good experiences with.

Ok, we need to come up with a system on what to do when the party mention has mixed reviews. I mean, in that case how do we decide whether that party/person/store is trustworthy or not?

And are we going to merge the reputable eBay seller thread onto the thread with resale shops and .com shops so that everything is in one place?

What are their prices like? Are they marked up a great deal? Will they ship?

Just curious....

This is the place to discuss your experiences, both good and bad, with various resellers (online, eBay, or brick and mortar).

Please be respectful even if you have had a negative experience with a seller. We just want this to be an additional reference for buyers researching various sellers in order to make a well informed, educated decision on where to purchase Hermes bags.

Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with Sandiaexchange, she answers all questions in a timely manner and is willing to help you out. I also had a terrific experience with 1fabulousfind, who usually sells vintage or estate items. I had a pretty good experience with linda*s***stuff.

I have bought 2 Chanel sweater sets from the turnabout shoppe. They are great, honest, and prompt shipping.
