BEWARE!!

I know some of you have had good experience with user857857 but I just had a really bad experience with her. I brought a bag from her off eBay, my mistake and returned it because it was not what was described and missing dust cover and other items that she said she will include. She did agree to take the bag back but it has been 10 days and still no refund. I have to report this to my credit card company, Paypal and now have a file internet fraud against her. Tried to solve with her but no response to my emails and she has re-listed the bag on Ebay.

OMG, Moda, this just makes me as mad as a hatter!

I can't believe that she re-listed without refunding you first. That's entirely unexcuseable and worst than any problems that I've had with an eBay seller. I do so hope that you can get this resolved soon and completely to your satisfaction.

I am still hoping to resolve this directly with the seller and will update the posting if that happens. I am just extemely disappointed since I have dealt with this seller before.

I was told that yourchariot operates under several different ID's on eBay. I've dealt with this seller under one of her other ID's and it wasn't pleasant. She sent me several harassing e-mails.
