anyone bought bags from HERMES** and have her bags brought to Claude for service and come back ok? I am about to buy a bag from her but I want to make sure it's definitely legit.

Hi guys- I hope you can help me with some advice. I am kicking myself right now.
I met a reseller thru eBay (a very legitimate one)- has been selling on ebay for some time and does sell authentic Hermes.
I purchased a few things thru eBay from her. She then offered me things off ebay and we communicated somewhat frequently- I got my first kelly from her.

We built up a level of trust (I thought)- she even allowed me to go on a payment plan for the more expensive items sometimes- which I dutifully honored-sending her the payment without her prompting.

She recently offered me a Croc purse which I jumped at- sent her the payment by wire. After 3 weeks with no merchandise (she did say it was coming out of the countryu)- I contacted her and she said it had a problem with fish and wildlife and should be here in 2 weeks.
No response.

I emailed and emailed and finally after my 3rd email got an email back that she would call me yesterday. We arranged on a time- no phone call.

I have since sent 2 emails- no response- I am beginning to think I have lost my money.
What would you do next? She does have a good reputation- sells only Hermes goods and has great feedback on eBay. I have also had a good experience with her over the years-getting many of my bags from her in addition to at Hermes directly.

What do you think?

Hello!!!! do you have an update? Several of us are interested in the fish and wildlife and the CITES certificates. If you can give us any information like if she is having problems with a vintage that never had a CITIES, or if it is problems with the sending out of a country or the getting into a country. TIA

She states that is is stuck in Customs who refuses to release it at this time. She stated that the last time this happened it took 5 months to get it out.
It is not vintage- but came from Japan into the US and just got stuck. Usually she is able to get it released with the certificate- but no go so far.

I am soooo sorry!!!!! So it has a CITIES? It should be not a problem I would think. I bought a bag and it was labeled old bag, nothing exotic, never opened. I found out about potential CITIES problems and sweated the whole transit time. (Shipped from Fr.) When this happened last time, did they allow it into the US, or send it back to Japan?

I've searched this thread and didn't see any information on this yet, but please forgive if I missed it. Are there any reputable Hermes resale boutiques in the Dallas/Fort Worth area? I found my Hermes Timbalier at a thrift store in Arlington but I am guessing that's one of those once-in-a-lifetime things.
