It would be great to know! From my understanding, the dates unfortunately might not be released that early...let me try and ask when I get to France in a week and a half.

Felle, thanks for the info. I was wondering if the Paris sales were a little more like the US sales where an invite was needed - glad to know it's not. And I'm not really worried about the queuing up - I come from the country where we queue and fight over Hello Kitty!

I asked some shopkeepers in the area and they said that as far as they know official paris soldes are going to start January 13th. This makes sense since that is the 2nd wednesday as per tradition.

^^ best to keep posted, as it doesn't seem to be "official" yet...I do think it should be the 13th though...The 6th is just after the holidays and as said before, it's usually the 2nd wednesday of Jan...Can't wait

Yay i will be in Paris January 12-22. I can't wait. It actually wasn't planned for a shopping trip but to back pack trough Europe. I guess thats canceled. hehehe I hope I make the H sale.

The dates for the sale were first posted here last year on October 28, so I hope that means that we'll know soon.

I need to grab a calendar but let me "suggest" that the sale should start on Wednesday, January twenty-something.....
I would be more comfortable confirming this with more certainty (don't buy airline tickets based on this alone!) but I think this is likely from what I am hearing. |
