Buying Vintage Hermes?

Hello!

I have a question concerning a vintage Hermes Kelly i found on eBay.

It's a Croc Kelly in chocolate brown, i think it's divine. It looks as it has been made around 1970, but i can't be sure....

The blindstamp is "R"....Anyone know for what year that is?

You have here some photos she sent me. Please please let me know what you think. I would really like to buy this bag, but i won't do anything until i get your opinion.
