Using people's pics without permission is just simply theft of the pics. Doesn't matter if she is the buyer or not.

The first one I am pretty sure is authentic. With the second one - without a tag and with the quality of the photograph it's really difficult to say.

Authenticity is not a question with Decades. The leather though is NOT togo.
It doesn't hurt to negotiate. Depends on how old the bag is, etc. On the other hand Decade's bags usually sell very quickly.

Found this at Decades, so I assume authenticity is a "yes"? If so, what is a fair price to pay (pre-owned and fresh from a trip to the Hermes spa for TLC)? Is it considered poor form to negotiate? The bag remains unsold, and their others seem to go very quickly.

Thanks in advance...

Yeah, you are right there, mrssparkles ! It is very rude of her to just use Sandia's pictures

the photos really puzzle me. It looks like a mix of photographs which suggests that some of the pics might be stolen. Also one detail of the bag is inconsistent with the bag's year.
If I were you, I would go to one of the reputable sellers and get a Birkin from them and be SURE to have the real thing. This bag that you list here would be too much of a gamble for me.

Hi there... posted this a couple days ago but didn't see any response... I think I've seen this panda charm/keyring on eBay before but not in the boutiques: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...226666851&rd=1

I won't buy it, even if it's $1. It's fake.
