dear winnie_cutie,
i completely understand your concern about buying a bag that is "widely" faked, but i'd like to offer you to consider something, please. I offer this as a fellow/peer tPFer (I'm not an authenticator) -- someone who loves and looks at more bags than I actually buy. Still I want to suggest that, since the authenticators on this thread VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME to help prevent friends as well as "strangers" from being swindled, that time we request of them should be carefully considered. And therefore, I would accept a response of: "this seller only sells authentic" because: if a fake bag somehow "got past" the eyes of a seller of authentic, it is really a lot to expect that an authenticator here can see anything in computer pictures that belie that. I mean, the level of scrutiny you may be seeking may not be possible short of taking the item into a boutique for authentication. If I am overspeaking here, please chime in...
I do hope you find the one or many bags of your dreams, and you are certainly in the best forum to make that dream come true. I hope you are in no way put off by my offering you to consider my thoughts.

LailaT, thanks.
Others may feel differently, but, I personally do appreciate it when posters post only items they are truly interested in buying. It is otherwise hard to keep up with this thread when time is an issue. Again, this is just my sentiment.
winnie, they all look authentic to me. The 4th one does not look like the classic Hermes orange, however, on my monitor. The photos of the bags are good and detailed; I don't love the stains on the inner pockets, however (just my opinion) and while I love the fuchsia chevre HAC, for me, the price point is too high for a bag with that kind of stain. It looks familiar to me, and I am going to guess that I have seen the listing for that bag a long time ago.

Hi Pepper:

Tks for your comment. I would love to hear any recommendation from yours guys as I just a newbie from Hermes bags. Im starting to get it as the collection now. Im planing to buy one bag for my birth and consider one from above bags. I have no idea about the price except Kelly 35cm as I jz saw one in Seoul, Korea last few days...but not for Birkin...I might leave the number 4 now as I think you'r right because the price are too high for that much stain...Anyway thanks a lot for your help dear

Please advise on this... "jipsy" spelling aside, I'm suspicious of the price but in these economic times, who knows.

The craigslist is enough to make me stay way all together. I have never seen this bag in real life as the style is new. There are no pics of the important points that you should find in any Hermes bag. Therefore, taking all this into account, I would pass on the bag.

Comments: I am guessing that Kermit Oliver's incredibly complex designs are hard to fake, but I don't know the seller. Any thoughts on item or vendor? Many thanks!

Great post, Laila! We do indeed have selfless Authenticators whom I am sure appreciate us taking the time to do our "work" first.

To that end, can anyone help me with the search function? --When I search for the seller's name, I don't get any results (these are sellers who have been discussed before). TIA
