A VERY Important Reminder to EVERYONE!!!! 8/11/08

This forum is incredibly lucky to have numerous, outstanding members who generously devote their time and knowledge to authenticate Hermes finds without any charge. This is a privilege that the rest of us enjoy, not something that we are entitled to!

It has come to my attention that some of our authenticators have received requests to privately authenticate bags for transactions that completely violate the rules of the PF. So, I must remind everyone of the following:

1. There is no buying/selling on the PF outside of the MP. It's simple. Don't do it. It could result in your getting banned from the PF!

2. DO NOT contact a member for private authentication for a transaction that is already prohibited on the PF. Doing so could also result in your getting banned from the PF!

3. If you want something authenticated, then please post it in the Authenticate This thread.

UNBELIEVABLE to me that people would be rude and selfish enough to bother members privately for their personal gains. There's a thread - use it.
