bleu jean is pronounced

bleu = bluh

jean = is hard to explain how to pronounce in France - it has a soft G sound at the front , like GiGi (which is NOT GeeGee as in English) so it pronouces like gi-nuh

1) Blue is english, so that means Jean is pronounced "Gene?"

2) Blue is English, but Jean is French so pronounce it as "Zhahn?"

what is correct?
No,

Gene & Zhahn are both wrong it is pronouced like the first syllable in Gigi - see my last post

Your SM is incorrect and you got it almost right , try shazz long-uh

Hi creme.brulee! Parchemin is pronounced PAR - SHUH - MEN (the N is silent though and the R is hard like all Rs in French... )
