list of the "motherstores" in the U.S. (non concession)

I wonder if the Charlotte store should be on this list. It opened after this list was created.

So non-concession means not privately owned? KOP is now part of that network and is no longer privately owned.
Could we get a list of those that are still privately owned?
Also, just wanted to know your thoughts as to what the pros/cons are for each?
