Dumb question: can a Globetrotter cover (especially the non-zip ones) hold non-H spiral notebooks or calendars? The hooks seem pretty versatile. Thanks!

Can someone tell me please if it's possible to get plain lined refills for the Ulysse PM? I know there are plain blank pages available with a lined writing guide, and also other refills with lined pages and travel tabs... but howabout simple lined paper? (Those line guides drive me up the wall!)
