My store manages the colour swatches very well, (even Kou was impressed when she saw how comprehensive the leather books are) and they will only remove a leather swatch if Paris explicitly says it's discontinued.

Although Blue Thalassa and Rouge Vif are not offered, I'd categorise it as "colours not offered", as opposed to "colours discontinued". Hermes may resurrect some of these colours in the future.
