Thanks! Does the Evelyne come in any other purpley colours besides Cyclamen?

You might be able to find one in Raisin since that is a podium color for Clemence....and Raisin is the only purple color done in Clemence

Raisin is too dark for me. Guess I have no choice but to go for the Cyclamen Epsom if I decide to get this bag.

What kind of leather would Blue Jean come in in the Evelyne?

Thanks!

I think blue jean comes in togo or clemence. I'm not that sure as one sa in one store said it was togo and another store said clemence.

They are all lovely. I want one in either gold/blue jean/chartreuse in clemence.

I didn't want to start a new thread so I am placing this in here. My dad sent me a new crime puzzle game for my computer. The premise of the game is to find a bunch of objects in pictures, then when you complete that task you go on to solve a larger puzzle. Anyway, in one of the rooms there is a handbag sitting in a chair behind a cafe table. The shape looked familiar to me and when I clicked on it it showed the full bag. It was an EVELYNE, with the canvas strap and the perforated H on the front of the bag. (It was gold BTW) I could not believe it. I tried to see if I could save the picture of the room and post it in here but I couldn't get it to work. I guess the game creator must be an Hermes fan.

Gosh, that is amazing!! If it were a Kelly ... maybe ... but the Evelyne is not quite the icon that the Kelly is. I would love to know what the story is behind this....

The Evelyne was featured in the June 2007 issue of InStyle, page 232. I already posted the page in the "Hermès in Print" thread and didn't know if it was allowed for me to post it again here. Here is the link to it. It is post #251.

I'm really thinking about the Barenia on Ebay-but why no outside pocket on this one!?!?

There are two version of the Evelyne... the newer version is the PM2 and it has the outside pocket. The version without the outside pocket has a small open pocket inside, which the PM2 does not have.
