I agree.

I used to feel tired all the time until I changed my diet.

Thank you everyone so much for your suggestions! Im trying to avoid the doctor because hes kind of an *** to be honest and make some smart *** remark (yes I know I should probably switch doctors).. so Ive been trying to solve this on my own in different ways but if it doesnt work I will definitely be heading to the doctors. :)

I know that during that time of month Im especially sluggish.. I take gentle iron pills and they work wonders.. I will try that on a normal day. Im going to re-read everyones suggestions and try to make some changes.. hopefully will keep updated.. thanks so much!

I have those bouts too and started taking blackstrap molasses every day (for something COMPLETELY unrelated). Turns out, the added benefit was having tons of energy, assuming due to its iron content. I stopped taking it and it has been a chore to drag myself out of bed before 1 PM.

Please find yourself a new doctor asap! People stay with bad doctors for too long and then their health suffers because they don't want to see their crummy doctor. I'd ask around family in the area, friends, and coworkers for some recommendations. Then schedule a physical and have some blood work done. Diet and exercise can make a big difference in how you feel overall.
