If you Google MediFast Promo Code you can find a coupon. I just found one (CRAZE55) for $55 off your first order. I'm going to give it a try! Wish me luck!

So far I haven't found anything negative with this diet. I sure hope it works, lol, rather, I stick with it.

Thanks to this thread, I am starting Medifast on Monday. All of the research and testimonials I've read have been nothing but positive so I'm actually excited to start this program.

Me...excited to start a diet?!?

Sounds good to me - tomorrow is my first week weigh-in - let you know what happens. First couple days were a drag (headaches, starving, etc.) but now I'm back in the swing of it and feel great!!

Are you going to the doctor to have your blood work done to check your electrodes (SP). If the program is working I say great for you. I had a relative and her partner go on this program. One lost 70+ lbs and the other lost 100 lbs. Well fast forward after they went off the program they both ended up gaining more weight then they originally lost (both are doctors too). My relative felt her body got messed up that when she started eating regular meals with daily calorie intake of about 1200-1400 she was gaining weight. So understand that the weight can come off but it is not a miracle cure. Once your body has to adjust to real food again there can be problems. Both of them also had major stomach problems with running to the bathroom once they ate regular food too.
Just be sure you are under a doctor's supervision.

I was on Medifast but stopped - you ladies inspire me to start again. I could definitely use a buddy myself!
