Thanks very much. Its a great program and I find that I have to remind myself to eat the meals because I'm never hungry and trust me... before this... I was always hungry!!!!!

 I just quickly read this entire thread and I am so pleased for you and impressed with your commitment!!! You must feel fantastic, I hope you took some 'before' photos because we'll all be wanting to see your transformation. Oooh think of all the lovely clothes you can get for christmas!!
