Hi Lori, congrats on your success. After reading this thread I too started the program. I am on day 4 and am down 3 pounds!!! Thanks for starting this thread, I never would have found this diet!

I have some envelopes of Medifast shakes from a million years ago but have never heard of their minimeals? What are they exactly? How many calories per day? Do you still do shakes with the program?

Yay!!!!! good for you - I'm so happy for you. I'm now down 18 pounds and things are getting loose and I feel great!! I really do adore this program. The only hard part is if I go out to eat so I just don't do that very often.

I have been doing Richard Simmons' FoodMover program since November 2005.

Small update - 28 lbs as of this morning. Had one week off when I went to the dude ranch but didn't gain that week at all!

Just a quick update - haven't done one in a while. Still going strong - 45 lbs as of today! About 40 to go so I'm over half way there!
