Well done!
I'm having a greedy mood today, so reading about successful diets is good mental nourishment. Cx |

My question is how will you maintain your new weight once you are done with Medifast? Will you have to eat the same way for the rest of your life to keep it off? I wish you well but am concerned about what this is doing to your metabolism.

There is a maintenance program that slowly weans you off. YOu start off having an extra veggie, then fruit and then grains. After trying so many different things including working out with a personal trainer for almost 2 years and not losing weight - this is the first thing that has worked for me. Obviously - I need to be on a very low cal eating plan to lose weight and then I'll have to eat smaller meals once I go off.
